This hand-painted ceramic plate features Rosanna Corfe’s pomegranate motif in deep, inky blue, created using a traditional sgraffito technique. The design is carefully etched through layers of slip to reveal fine botanical line work, giving the surface a subtle texture and depth.
Both functional and decorative, the plate works beautifully for serving food or as a statement wall piece. The wide rim and gently irregular form highlight the handmade nature of the piece, while the glossy glaze enhances the richness of the blue tones.
Each plate is handcrafted in Italy from earthenware ceramic, then hand painted and finished in Rosanna’s London studio before being kiln-fired for durability.
