We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
These are very delicate items and any damage on return to us will be deducted from the exchange or refund total. Most cannot be re-sold. We are a very small business so please take this into consideration when choosing your dream print or throw. They will also need to be returned as a tracked / recorded delivery and the tracking number sent to us. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need to know more about the materials, colours, size or paper quality.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make this right for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method upon receipt of returned product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will refund you for the cost of the item, however we do not offer refunds for the cost of shipping.
