Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours, unless otherwise noted.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties or taxes once it reaches your destination. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees and cannot predict whether they will be applied.

For US customers, most orders under $800 USD are not usually charged import duties, as this is the current threshold for many direct-to-consumer shipments. However, customs regulations can change and fees may occasionally be applied.
